We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for Indonesia to join our team. You will be the bridge between Business Development and Tech, helping the BD team to close the deals through supporting them from a tech point of view during sales pitches. You will also act as a technical consultant for our partners, so it is key you have thorough knowledge of the product along with a business/ sales acumen.
This position is based in our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with Business Development team to anticipate and address partner needs and pain points
- Prioritise needs (scope, timelines, resources)
- Collaborate with the tech team to establish timeline workflows, goals, and product benchmarks
- Utilise the data provided into user stories and necessary product requirements
- Acting as the primary liaison for product queries, anticipating partner needs and address them
- Handle conflicting priorities well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence
- Evaluating integration progress and advising partners to increase conversions, and performance etc.
Who we are looking for
- 4+ years previous experience as a technical account manager, product owner, or similar role.
- Qualified or demonstrable experience in a related field
- Solid understanding of the product life cycle
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- JIRA understanding is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Previous technical support background is desirable
- Exposure to an ever changing scale-up environment is beneficial
- Experience working in the mobility industry preferred but not essential
